The hotel we stayed in was perfect for our Christmas getaway! We enjoyed the amazing location, being close to all the restaurants and shops. the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed. the beds were super comfy and we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. the hotel provided an amazing breakfast each morning that really set us up for a day of sightseeing.
we noticed that there wasn't a designated smoking area which made the lobby quite smoky at times.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and nearby jadeite markets. the room was clean, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was poorly maintained and the water pressure was low. Despite these issues, the hotel offered cheap dining options in the vicinity. the breakfast menu was repetitive, but the bed was always clean.
The staff lacked courtesy and charged full rate for early check-in.
